Camera360 VIP Service Type Description

Hereinafter referred to as "Camera 360 VIP","VIP" or "VIP Service".

Camera360 VIP Privilege Details

Camera360 VIP can use charged filters with VIP logo in the APP for free during their VIP valid period. If a VIP does not renew his/her account within the time limit, he/she will not be able to continue enjoying those privileges. Camera360 VIP can use exclusive stickers with VIP logo in the APP for free during their VIP valid period. If a VIP does not renew his/her account within the time limit, he/she will not be able to continue enjoying those privileges. Camera360 VIP can block partial ads in the app during their VIP valid period. If a VIP does not renew his/her account within the time limit, he/she will not be able to continue enjoying those privileges.

Camera360 VIP Terms of Use

VIP have all the privileges described within the "Camera360 VIP Privilege Details" during their VIP valid period. Privilege content will be adjusted in accordance with the changes in the "Camera360 VIP Privilege Details". Once the content changes, Camera360 will publish the revised content directly in the Camera360 APP. If you continue to use VIP service, you are deemed to fully accept this rule and any of its modifications.

The rights of Camera360 VIP are limited to those who use paid accounts, and cannot be transferred among Camera360 accounts. Gifting, loaning, renting, transferring, or sale is prohibited. Otherwise, Camera360 reserves the right to cancel the VIP account of the transferee and transferor without notice, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the transferor and the transferee.

No VIP shall publish content (including private content) in Camera360 that is illegal, obscene, insulting or includes personal attacks. Once discovered, Camera360 has the right to cancel the VIP without any compensation or refund.

The contents of the VIP services provided by Camera360 are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial, profitable purposes, etc. Otherwise, VIP shall be held liable for any losses incurred upon Camera360 or any other third party service providers.

VIP services purchased on iOS devices cannot be used on Android devices. VIP services purchased on Android devices cannot be used on iOS devices.

Camera360 VIP Auto-Renewable Subscriptions Service Rules

If you need to use Auto-Renewable Subscriptions VIP Service, that means you are fully understand and agree the following statements:

This service is an automatic renewal service provided for you on the premise that you have opened a VIP service.

If you open the service, you are deemed to authorize Camera360 to renew your account using third-party payment accounts, bank cards, communications accounts and iTunes accounts that are bound to the VIP account(Hereinafter referred to as "accounts") when your VIP is about to expire; and charge for the next subscription period. If the remaining balance in above accounts is not enough for the charge, your VIP will be expired after the current subscription period.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Unsubscribe "Auto-Renewable Subscriptions" Policy

Payment will be transferred to iTunes Account. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal, you can manually turn off automatic renewals in iTunes/ Apple ID by following steps:

Automatic renewal for Apple In App Payments (IAP payments, in-app purchases): Go to iPhone "Settings" --> Enter "iTunes Store and App Store" --> tap "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter "Account Settings" page, tap "Subscribe", and select Camera360 VIP to cancel the subscription.
